Dr. Darren Hayes is a lecturer in the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, at Pace University, New York. He manages the Computer Information Systems Department, which provides courses for approximately 2,000 students annually. Darren Hayes is a frequent speaker at various conferences nationally. He has a keen interest in computer forensics and seeks to make Pace University more prolific in the field, through the continuance of training, seminars, courses and collaboration with friends in law enforcement. Prof. Hayes has been teaching at Pace University since 2001 and prior to his work in academia he was a senior consultant to corporate executives of numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Shareq Qureshi joined Pace University to pursue a Masters in Computer Science in August 2006. He is a specialist in programming especially with JAVA and .Net platforms. Databases are also an area where he is currently using his expertise. His paper will be a part of the proceedings for the IEEE 2008 LISAT Conference. The paper is entitled "A Framework for Computer Forensics Investigations Involving Microsoft Vista" which is based on Vista Forensics.
